At Chapel A the leadership team is headed up by our pastor, Ashley Hardingham.

The rest of the team is comprised of people whom the church has recognised and appointed for this role. In September 2008, Hannah Dey was appointed as the church's Youth Worker. Hannah is part of the leadership team and attends most of the meetings.

The leadership team meets every three weeks, with one week devoted to prayer, followed by two meetings where we have a business agenda. The remit for this team includes oversight of the various aspects of the church along with setting the vision and direction for the church.
