Given that Chapel A meets in a school, all the stuff we need for Sunday to work must be set up each week. This includes the chairs, PA system, notices and anything else that is needed. This responsibility is shared between us. Each housegroup is on a rota, so that for a month at a time it is the responsibility of that housegroup to set-up. The system works really well and 'happy is the housegroup' whose turn it is to set up over the summer holidays, when much of the 'stuff' can be left out from week to week!
